The Zoono Difference
Where to Use Zoono?
The spread of infectious bacteria and viruses are mostly due to surface contamination. Ventilators, Portable Monitors, Stretchers, IV Pumps, Locker Rooms, Washrooms, Kitchen Surfaces, Escalator Rails, handholds on Public Transports, biometric fingerprint scanners – the list is endless. Industries where Zoono is currently used include manufacturing, medicine, science, agriculture, viticulture, finance, FMCG, IT, entertainment, hospitality, catering, transport, child care and livestock.
How does it work?
Zoono does not use poison, chemicals or an alcohol to kill bacteria. Zoono is food safe and water-based with a similar toxicity level (LD50) as vitamin C. Zoono is applied as a mist, foam or wipe then left to dry. Once dry, Zoono resembles a bed of microscopic pins that attract, pierce and kill pathogens – the same principle as a pin popping a balloon. And in the same manner that the burst balloon cannot be reformed, neither can the pathogens – this means NO resistance and NO superbugs!

Zoono Formula & Action
Zoono is 3-trimethoxy silyl Propyl Dimethyl Octadecyl Ammonium Chloride. Simply termed as : AMOSIL. Zoono is applied through fogging machines. The fine mist of droplets forms covalent bonds to the target surface (both hard and fabric surfaces). Its unique disruptive nanotechnology based action can be likened to millions of spikes that attract and kill bacteria.
Zoono does not kill by toxicity or poisoning. The organisms cannot adapt to it = No mutation = No superbugs. The result is an antimicrobial that cannot diminish in strength, cannot leave the surface to which it is applied and cannot encourage the organisms that it targets to become used to it.
What is Zoono?
Zoono is a unique anti Microbial Surface Sanitiser that has found a wide array of uses across all industry verticals. It has been found to be extremely effective as an anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-algal, anti-mold application.
One single application will combat and destroy almost all known microbes on any surface for a period of up to 30 days.
Efficacy
Unlike conventional antimicrobials, Zoono does not kill by chemical poisoning or alcohol dehydration, does not emit gas, leach, diffuse, migrate, evaporate away or otherwise leave the surface to which it has been applied. The result is an extraordinarily long-acting, food safe product unmatched by others. Zoono products have been proven to be highly effective against a wide array of pathogens, including MRSA (Superbug), E. Coli, h2N1 Swine Flu, Listeria, TB, Stachybotrys (black mould) and even the debilitating gastro ailment, Norovirus.
Zoono products have achieved breakthrough results from a range of global laboratories:
